twenties to thirties

Judith Marc Dress (old)/Gap denim jacket (similar)/Restricted booties (PaperDolls boutique)/Rebecca Minkoff Mac Mini (Nordstrom)/monogram necklace (gift)/tribal necklace (PaperDolls boutique)
In my 20's I bought quite a few dresses that were short and flirty.  Most of them I got rid of but my few favorites now spend a lot of time in my closet staring back at me reminding me that I'm over 30. Each time I put them on I suddenly feel like "that mom." You know, the one who's totally out of touch with her age (and style for that matter.)

With that being said, this transitional period between summer and fall is the perfect time to break out those cute flirty and throw a cute jacket on to balance out the length (or lack thereof.)

  1. This dress is very cute and the jacket definitely balances it out. if your dress is short but you love it, you could actually pair it with a longer skirt and still be able to wear it often :)
